- Regarding the “Issue in which penalty level increases in Clan Match due to unintentional mid-game withdrawal” announced on [PDT] 5/18/2020/ [CEST] 5/19/2020, fixes have been made with the application update ver.0127 released on [PDT] 5/27/2020/ [CEST] 5/28/2020. At the same time, we have conducted “Mid-game withdrawal penalty recovery” for users who have submitted the inquiries by today.
- We will continue to check on the inquiries on a case-by-case basis and proceed with “Mid-game withdrawal penalty recovery” for confirmed cases.
