- Hello, pilots! We were aware of the issue where the game could not be played properly due to the server failure reported on August 20th, 2021, we have updated the application data. However, we are still currently investigating this matter.
- ■Confirmed Issues
- We’ve verified the following issues:
- ・Matching issue of the lobby server
・Failure to acquire the information
・Clan match failure - ※We confirmed that players cannot obtain the clan points due to this issue.
- ■Current Action
- To resolve this matter, we will perform the following actions:
・08/20/2021 Server maintenance. Limit the lobby entry and Clan match.
・08/21/2021 Cancel the Clan Match during [PDT]5:00~7:00 / [CEST]14:00~16:00
During the maintenance, other modes will be available, except for Clan match or other activities at Base Camp. Once a fix has been confirmed for this server issue, we will update the official website and Twitter. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and appreciate your patience. -
