Regarding the bug that occurred during "Clan Level Up Reward 5x Campaign" and compensation

- The following bug occurred in the “Clan Level Up Reward 5x Campaign” during the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign, which was held from Tuesday, July 21, 2020 to Thursday, August 27, 2020.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and for the delay in reporting this problem. - ■Confirmed bug
- ・In some cases, the boosted rewards were not received upon leveling up during the campaign period.
- ■Measures
- The above issue will be fixed in an update file to be released at a later date. Additionally, for those players who have been confirmed to be experiencing this problem during the 2 Year Anniversary, we will perform the following:
- ◎Players eligible for compensation
- ・Players who belonged to a clan during the campaign period who had this problem upon clan level up.
※You can still receive the compensation, even if you are currently not in the clan - ◎Compensation
- ・”DP” and “Tokens” that were supposed to be received from this campaign
- ◎How to receive the compensation
- Players who login after [PDT] Wednesday, 16th of September, 22:00 / [CEST] Thursday, 17th of September, 7:00, will automatically receive the compensation.
