Notice Regarding Transport Shuttle's Behavior in "Arctic Base" MAP Upon Explosion

- Currently, it had been confirmed that when the transport shuttle in the center of “Arctic Base” map exploded, the nearby MS does not stagger by the explosion.
As it was supposed to cause a heavy stagger, we will fix the above symptom in future update. - We apologize for any inconvenience to our pilots.
