Note of Countermeasures to issues in accessing Clan Facility and Functions

- We received some reports from our pilots that they are having difficulties in accessing the clan facility and functions. We have confirmed this matter and took corrective measure to deal with the issue.
- ■Condition
- ・When seen from the pilots’ side, they are currently enlisted in the clan, but it does not seems so from the corresponding clan’s side.
- ・When seen from the pilots’ side, they are currently enlisted in the clan, but the corresponding clan has been disbanded and does not exist.
- ・When the above symptoms occurs, there will be an error when accessing the clan facility, and each function related to the clan is not accessible.
- ■Regarding countermeasures
- The above symptom has been fixed in the update file ver.0122 delivered on Thursday, January 30, 2020.
- Customers who have experienced the above symptom will be able to access the clan facilities after installing the above update file. When affected pilots access the “clan quarters”, a notification of dismissal will be displayed.
- We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our pilots.
