Note of Clan Point Compensation

- We are currently checking into the issue regarding a symptom where Clan Point (CP) has been decreasing in some clans.
- ■Condition
- ・The amount of CP accumulated in clans has been decreasing
- ・Due to the above symptom, the clan level has been dropping as seen from our internal system (the clan level displayed in the clan information has not dropped)
- ・As a result to the decrease of clan levels, CP earned from winning battles seems to have not been reflected.
(CP is still accumulated in our internal system) - As a temporary measure to the above symptoms, we offer a compensation to clans affected by the reduced CP.

- All clans of which the CP are reduced up until [PST] 1/29/2020 (WED) 21:00 / [CET] 1/30/2020 (THU) 6:00
- ■Compensation
- Same amount of reduced CP
- ■How to receive the compensation
- Targeted clans will receive the compensation automatically once you log in after [PST] 1/29/2020 (WED) 21:00 / [CET] 1/30/2020 (THU) 6:00.

- * Please note that once the compensated CP is received, the clan level may increase several times in one go as the accumulated CP until this point will be added into the reduced portion of the CP.
- ■Regarding future measures
- We are currently investigating the cause of this symptom, and we will report via our official information portal and official twitter as soon as the essential correction measures are confirmed.
