- ・General unit with cost of 700.
- ・This unit was developed under the leadership of the Titans, with a goal of miniaturizing and mass-producing a Psycho Gundam.
- ・The Titans had plans for a new type of MS based on the Psycho Gundam Mk-II, tailored especially for the ace pilot by removing the Psycommu System. Instead, it is equipped it with an Incom Unit.
- ・While it is downsized from the original Psycho Gundam Mk-II, it boasted overwhelming firepower with no reduction in weaponry, featuring Incom weapons capable of omni-directional attacks, a large Mega Particle Cannon inherited from the Psycho Gundam, and a Hyper Beam Saber that can also be used as a ranged weapon.
- ・However, instead of being deployed as a decisive combat weapon against the AEUG, it was dispatched near the lunar industrial city of Epsilon, where it reportedly engaged the Full Armor Hyaku Shiki-Kai.
