- ・Developed to revive the Gundam legend as a symbol of the League Militaire citizen militia.
- ・With the Federation in obvious decline from U.C. 0120, and during the period known as the Galactic Sengoku Period, the League Militaire began development of its own MS.
In response to the Zanscare Empire’s deployment of cutting edge MS during invasion of Earth, it launched the V Project to develop a Gundam-type MS as a symbol of defiance. - ・Codenamed “Victory Type”, this MS sharpened the features of existing generic units to a razor’s edge, allowing for repair and refit with minimal personnel, thus facilitating more guerilla-style tactics.
- ・Standard armaments include a beam rifle, beam saber, and head vulcan gun.
Additionally, it can launch surprise attacks using quad missile pods mounted on leg hardpoints and beam saber throws. - ・Can be deployed both on the Ground and in Space.

- Skill “Minovsky Flight System”
- ・Pressing the touchpad button activates the following effects.
- ・Transitions to Flight Mode, enabling actions in midair
- ⇒ No automatic thruster consumption or recovery occurs while skill is activated
- ・Reduces the thruster consumption when starting/during High Speed Movement
- ・Reduces the damage reaction in midair
- ・While in Flight Mode, movement and melee attacks synchronize with the reticle direction, enabling advanced aerial combat but attack power decreases
- ・This skill can also be used underwater
- If the thrusters overheat, the skill effect is canceled.
