Greetings, pilots! This is the Nakagawa from the Dev team.
I’d like to share this month’s developer newsletter with you. - The warmer season has arrived, and it finally feels like spring is waking up. By the time this newsletter goes live, cherry blossoms should be in full bloom across Japan. To celebrate the season, we are adding cherry blossoms to the base camp in-game in the next patch and we will hope you enjoy the Spring atmosphere in the game.
- ■New MS “V2 Gundam”!

It’s been 2 months from the implementation of Victory Gundam, and now the V2 Gundam from Mobile Suit Victory Gundam is rolling out!
In the game, this is a 750 Raid MS excels handling diverse battlefield and close combat, with its high mobility of Wings of Light and several armaments. - ＜Unit features＞
- ・Raid unit with cost of 750.
- ・This unit was developed as a new symbol of the League Militaire, based on the same design concept as its predecessor, Victory Gundam.

・With its back against the wall, the League Militaire secretly developed a successor to the Victory Gundam to turn the tides of war in its favor.
In addition to the functions of a standard MS, this unit—the V2 Gundam-achieved revolutionary performance improvements through the Minovsky Drive Unit, a mobility device first equipped on a combat-ready MS. -
・The Minovsky Drive Unit can theoretically provide a remarkable 20G of maneuverability by manipulating the force field it generates, also functioning as the main thruster and inertial dampening device.
Additionally, it generates charged particle beams with properties equivalent to conventional beams—known as the “Wings of Light”—producing secondary effects such as extended Beam Sabers or Beam Shields. - ・This unit was piloted by Uso Ewin, who eventually grew into an ace pilot, and had a significant impact on the Zanscare War.
- ・Can be deployed both on the Ground and in Space.

- ＜Skills introduction＞
- Skill “M Drive Unit Control System”
- ・Press the touch pad to activate the skill.
- ・Boosting attack and mobility
- ・Reducing thruster consumption for high speed movement
- ・Reducing stagger accumulation during high speed movement
- ・Enabling the use of compatible weapons during High Speed Movement
- ・When moving forward for a certain amount of time at high speed, wings of light will be generated, staggering and damaging all enemies your unit or the wings collide with, and forcing those enemies to consume a set amount of thruster.
- ・When activated on the ground, you will enter Flight Mode which enable continuous actions performance in midair.
Moving and melee attack will be synced to the reticle, also damage reaction will be reduced.
However, attack power boosting effect will decline, and auto thruster consumption and recovery will be halted. - ・This skill can also be used underwater
- This skill will also be temporarily disabled when inactivated.
- Skill “Special Emergency Evasion System”
- ・Press the Accelerate button twice to perform an emergency evasion with a reduced consumption on the thrusters.
If certain attacks are taken while evading, thruster recovery speed and thruster overheat recovery speed temporarily increase. - ・When a skill that can generate Wings of Light is activating, the wings are generated when emergency evasion is performed, and enemies making contact with the wings take damage.

- ・General unit with cost of 350.
- ・This MS was developed during the One Year War and used by members of the Neo Zeon Remnant Corps known as the “Sleeves” in U.C. 0096.
- ・The Gelgoog was the sum of the full capabilities of every weapons development company, and was successfully developed as the MS to conclude the war.
It featured Zeon’s first portable beam weapons, an area in which they had fallen behind the Federation, in the form of a beam rifle, as well as a beam naginata for melee combat.
Outside of armaments, it also offered both armor and high mobility, realizing capabilities rivaling those of the Gundam.- ・This unit is believed to be based on the mass-produced Type A and piloted by student conscripts.
It is thought to have been modernized to some extent with weaponry such as the Geara Doga’s beam machine gun before being deployed to the front lines.- ・Its use has been observed among the Sleeves, for whom obsolete mobile suits are extremely valuable assets, even had been used in the final scene of the Laplace Incident.

- ■Battle Simulator Update!
- TRAIL “Generation Next”
- Pilot can try those MS you don’t have in the TRIAL mission.
This time, you are able to test out the “V2 Gundam” and fight with the past “large unit” in GBO2.
Accompany with “Victory Gundam” and “V-Dash Gundam Hexa”, you have to deal with the gigantic, high powered MS, the ultimate product in U.C. story, the “Xi Gundam”, in the final phase.
Wings of Light flies over the battlefield, come to check the power of V2 Gundam!- SURVIVAL “Gather Under My Flag”
- You will face enemy MS attack wave after wave in SURVIVAL mission.
We’ve got MS related to Crossbone Vanguard in the SURVIVAL for you all.
The space pirate is riding their “Crossbone Gundam X-1 Kai”, “Crossbone Gundam X-2 Kai” and “Crossbone Gundam X-3” and come for you!
With your allies “F91” and “Dahgi Iris”, rip your Crossbone enemies down into pieces!- BOSS “The Price of Rebellion”
- As the title of BOSS, you are here to fight those gigantic MS/MA in this mission.
In this update, your task is to fight with “Psycho Gundam Mk-II” & “Annerose’s Quin Mantha” in a roll.
They will be escorted by elite units of Glemy Army, you need to get away from the artillery bombard and take down the whole enemy force.- ■Modification of MAP choosing function
- After the MAP “Massive Impact Site” added to the pool, we now have 25 in total in GBO2!
Not just the random MAP choosing and increases of overall variation of MAP, time of using the cursor to point the exact MAP for Custom Match or Free Practice becomes longer,
we have adjusted the UI so that you can now see all MAPs in once on the screen.
Of course, you can still select the MAP as you have been so far.
So worry about this one.
