About the Time Limited Special Hangar unlocking campaign

- We have received inquiries regarding the newly introduced ★★★★★ MS “F91” on [JST] 03/13/2025, where despite obtaining the corresponding MS, the Time Limited Special Hangar which is supposed to be unlocked when acquiring an unowned ★★★★★ MS but actually not.

Regarding this matter, the Time Limited Special Hangar is only unlocked when a campaign is being held alongside the introduction of a ★★★★★ MS.
However, we acknowledge that the campaign’s availability and details were unclear, causing inconvenience to all pilots, and we sincerely apologize for this.

As an apology, we will be holding a free Supply Drop event equivalent to the currently ongoing “Up to 40 Free Special Supply Drops” during the period from [PDT] 04/09/2025 22:00 to 04/16/2025 21:30 / [CET] 04/10/2025 06:00 to 04/17/2025 05:30 (scheduled).
※Only one week’s worth (a 10-consecutive drop) can be requested. - Additionally, we are planning to correct the display of the Time Limited Special Hangar in the in-game facility in a future update.
