[Developer Newsletter] Regarding the Update of December

- Greetings to all Pilots! I’m Development Director Ota.
Time also flew this year, without even realizing its December, and only 3 weeks until the new year.
Time really runs fast isn’t it. Dear Pilots, be sure to check what’s left to do before its too late… - For me, there is only 1 thing left for me to do. I think I shared it with you once,
GBO2 has won the “PlayStation® Partner Awards 2022” (for 3 Consecutive Years) by the event of “PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Japan Asia” that presents the Hit Games of Playstation within the year of 2022!

Once again, with all of the staff of GBO2, we are thankful from the bottom of our hearts!! - As a gratitude, we will hold “PlayStation Partner Awards 2022 Commemorative Campaign” until [PST] 12/21/2022 / [CET] 12/22/2022, so be sure to login and receive the gifts.
- Furthermore, “GBO Winter Festival 2022” is currently being held!
- By completing the Limited Time Missions, pilots will be able to obtain the “Hyaku Shiki Kai Mass Production Type”.
Also, there will be updates for a New MS and also for the Battle Simulator on [PST] 12/14/2022 / [CET] 12/15/2022, so there will be lot to enjoy in GBO2 this Winter too! - And from here, Ishii will share the Developer Newsletter.

- Dear All Pilots, thank you for your efforts on your sorties! I’m Ishii from the Development.
Well then, I will share December’s Update contents. - ■New MS “Narrative Gundam [B-Packs]” is scheduled to join the fray!
- Let’s introduce the MS that will be added to Supply Drops right after the launch of the update!
Be sure to watch the Special Video that introduces the features and the Weapons of this MS! - ※This video may not be representative of the actual product.
- ■All New Missions in Battle Simulator!
- TRIAL “The Scrawny Hunter”
- Trials allow players to get in and play also with the unobtained MS .
Theme for this Battle Simulator will be to operate the MS from “Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative” - By this mission players will be able to operate the scheduled “Narrative Gundam [B-Packs]” also!
As the phases progress, “Sinanju Stein (ZA) of Zoltan”, which had a fierce battle with Narrative Gundam [B-Packs] will also join the fray! - Narrative Gundam [B-Packs]’s Special Weapon “Wired Assault Unit” is also available to use!
It can be used for All Range Attacks just like Incom etc. - Furthermore, it can also deploy the very same special field that is used to capture Phoenix by the original story,
and within GBO2 it can be used as a weapon that deprives the mobility of enemy units who gets in contact with the field .
Experience the power of a hunter chasing a phoenix. - ■SURVIVAL “Remnant Corps, to Arms!”
- Survival Missions allow players to destroy endless attacking MS.
This year’s Survival Mission theme is based on the raid and diversionary tactics used by Zeon Remnants of “Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn,” reminiscing of the battles at Dakar and Torrington.
“Kapool” and “Juaggu” will accompany you when you play solo. - The first attacks will be from the GM II and GM III, which had retired from the front lines in U.C. 0096.
However, with each phase the latest MS such as Jesta and ReZEL will stand in your way.
If you choose to play your own MS from the One Year War era that is modified in a Reinforcement Facility, then you can also feel like a member of Zeon Remnant Army. - ■BOSS “A Curse Falling to Earth”
- Boss Missions, as you might understand from the name, are missions focus on defeating bosses (giant MS, MA, etc.).
This time, the goal is to defeat “Queen Mansa (Annerose’s Unit)” that appeared in “Mobile Suit Gundam Gaiden Missing Link”. Although “Queen Mansa” appeared as a boss within the space map by the previous battle simulator mission, this time you’ll be facing the Red Queen Mansa, which unleashes furious attacks on the ground! - In Boss missions, the key is to attack the weak points of the boss and then hit it with all your firepower at once.
In the original, Vincent’s Geara Doga, Travis’ Z II, and Chloe’s Todesritter confronted Annerose, and they will appear as an escort for the boss. - ■Last but not least,
- All of the Update file contents that are introduced here, are scheduled to implemented on [PST] 12/14/2022 21:00 / [CET] 12/15/2022 06:00.
Moreover, “Various Parameter Adjustments and as well as Battle Results” that are implemented each Month alongside with each Application Update, is scheduled to be implemented on [PST] 12/28/2022 / [CET] 12/29/2022 in order to gather Report Data and Adjustment Period.
Also, “Suspension of Some Accounts” will also be implemented on the same time. - Well then, Developer Newsletter for the current update will conclude here, however
we are planning to share another Developer Newsletter before the Monthly Application Update.
We still have some things to announce and wish you a happy new year by then! lol - Right, there is still the second half of Winter Festival and we still have lot to share.
